Description
Have your name, the name of your family, or of a loved one, living or deceased, inscribed on a memorial plaque and mounted in the Shrine Chapel of Our Lady of Czestochowa, the Black Madonna of Poland. Those whose names are inscribed are remembered perpetually in all Shrine Masses, Prayers, and Special Devotions. Memorial Plaques are $35.00 each.
