“The love of Christ urges us on,” St. Paul says, reflecting on the life and death of Jesus Christ. And I too, looking at Jesus crucified, see his love urging me on. Beyond selfishness and smallness, fear and failure. Christ’s love calls me to believe, to live generously for others, to seek justices and peace. It will bring me beyond death to life. O God, keep the Passion of Jesus in my mind and my heart.
